Hansen House 2 with Private Parking

Great host & kept in contact with us for arrival & departure times, was also kind enough to change arrival times whilst we went and had some food. Lovely bed, lovely shower, no noise from neighbours, tea coffee & biscuits which was a nice touch. Nice little view of the river, gated complex & car secure in parking under the flats, great value for money. Free WiFi, short 4 min walk to the Quay or 13/15 min walk to Utilita Arena or a 4 min drive. Great place to stay & we will be back so definitely recomend. Also the area looks like it's having alot of money spent on it with new buildings etc. Thank you for being a great host 👍😁

Not much tbh .. if anything its just personal choice but I would of liked blackout curtains in bedroom as lights outside a little bright, but that's really nit picking :)

Tony, the owner, welcomed us upon arrival, gave us all kind of useful information, we felt at home in the apartment right away. Was a great stay and we enjoyed a lot going to the pool.

Great location within 15-20 mins walk from the Millenium centre. Tony was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of tea and ground coffee, a pint of milk and a bottle of Prosecco on our arrival. We were given a pass for undercroft parking which was great considering the weather. The apartment was only on the first floor but there is a lift which was useful for carrying luggage up and down. The apartment was comfortable and warm with good hot water supply. The cupboard with hot tank was useful for drying bath towels as the electric towel rail didn’t heat.

There was work being done on the apartment blocks with scaffolding being moved daily. We were woken at 8 am 3/4 mornings by a chorus of chirpy scaffolders. Not ideal so we didn’t waste our mornings lying in!! The apartment had everything we needed but we ate out most evenings so didn’t require more than basic kitchen equipment.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping crossways and got very little sleep.
