Clean and Spacious much more value for money than a hotel room, close to Mermaid Quay only 5 min walk and parking included

The apartment was well organised and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the extra touches e.g. the shower gel, shampoo etc. we also liked the addition of tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets! We really liked the location as it was an easy walk into the centre. There was a Co-op and another supermarket very nearby. The host was super friendly and helpful and communicated with him was great.

The mattress seemed very old and had a deep indentation on each side. The hot water seemed a bit hit and miss.

Tony met us showed us around the flat. It was warm, clean and had everything you would possibly need.

Very reacti e host, very clean and confortable place

Prior to our arrival our host Tony was in touch with clear instructions on where to park (he provided photos of the entrance and our parking space). On our arrival he met us at the property to hand over the keys and he provided a very warm and friendly welcome with lots of suggestions for how to enjoy our stay on Cardiff. He also took us to the apartment and talked us through some of its features. An excellent and reassuring host - thank you, Tony. The apartment was very comfortable (the bed particularly so) and well equipped. A quiet location within a few minutes walk of Cardiff Bay. At the end of our stay Tony met us again so we could hand back the keys and we were able to tell him personally how much we enjoyed our stay.

The only drawback was that the apartment was advertised with a swimming pool but this was closed for brief renovations during our stay - an unavoidable closure at very short notice, for which Tony was very apologetic. This didn’t affect our stay overall and it would be nice to return when the pool is back in operation.

An ideal location, within easy walking distance of both the city centre and Cardiff Bay. Free parking on site. Very clean and an excellent, friendly and informative host.
