Sensor light in kitchen needs adjusting to stay on longer or removing

super comfortable bed and loved the quirkiness of the whole thing. Unexpectedly, I was travelling on my own but it felt very safe and cosy. amazingly modern decor and very stylish

It was all good. A minor thing for me was that, arriving in the dark and not knowing the area at all, it was slightly tricky to find Grey Oak. Once I had spotted it, it was fine and all the instructions re accessing the property worked fine.

Handy for visiting family. Very large property and although it was on a main road was very quiet. Road meant easy access by car but wouldn't be able to walk anywhere from property.

We found the lights being controlled by a motion sensor very frustrating. Also the length of time they stayed on varied greatly. It was especially annoying that the shower room light came on by a motion sensor.

Quirky and good quality furnishings made for a more individual stay and a good location that was easy to find, the peacocks were fun to watch too!

Only a minor point but the room would benefit from a larger bed and different headboard

Decor, space and facilities.

The description said 3 beds, we asked Richard to make up the third bed (sofa), then got a message upon leaving statting it was important to notify the owner how many people stayed in the property as only insured for 2! Shame as we really liked it, and there was plenty of space for 3, but wouldn't book again as left me feeling unwelcome.
