Seaford Sands, Paignton with Sea view

Great location and lovely apartment. The owners very accommodating when needed something.

Very long steep hill to walk up from the front. Sitting room is a conservatory and was like a sauna when we came back after day out, not sure what could be done though.

No tv in bedrooms and no bath towels provided

Perfectly clean on arrival, great location and had everything you could ask for.

No toilet brushh {basic Hygiene) No hand towels only Bathsheets.also nothing to wash or dry dishes with ie brush/ cloth There was food in the kitchen cupboards and personal items in one ie spectacles and over the counter pharmaceuticals,also in the fridge freezer there was food .in one wardrobe was bath robes and personal hairdressing items.we would not expect to find these items in a holiday let they should be removed.the property was clean and tidy the afore mentioned has let it down.

The location was amazing and everything we wanted was in walking distance. Was very clean and we were very happy with how comfortable the beds were. It was really spacious. I would happily book and stay here should I come to Paignton again.

As everyone else's reviews have said, you can hear all the footsteps from upstairs and it did wake us up in the mornings, but I guess it can't be helped.
