Town Centre, top floor 2 bed apartment with parking

Fab location spacious clean comfortable easy to find

The flat was in a great location, close to of places. It was easy to access, clean an easy to find.

Everything! The apartment was really clean and comfy, excellent facilities and communication between host and myself. Excellent location for a quick walk into the centre either along the canal or the riad side path (had the choice) either way was 5 minutes.

Some road traffic noise but with the windows closed you could not hear this, excellent double glazing! and not a reflection on a really lovely apartment.

Lovely flat, five minutes gentle walk from the theatre. Well equipped. Super clean! Free parking behind the flat. Above all a really kind welcoming owner who has been so helpful to us over several visits now.

Location excellent and allocated parking space invaluable in Stratford. Self check in using key safe very easy and host very helpful and attentive. Facilities great and bed very comfortable. No noise from other residents in the block and traffic noise considerably reduced when windows closed. Arrived on the hottest day of the year, so delighted to find two fans provided which I used throughout my stay. Flat is spacious and would easily accommodate 4 adults. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a visit to Stratford upon Avon.

Not a problem for me, but being on the top floor and accessible only by stairs it would not be suitable for anyone disabled or with mobiliy issues. However, the details do state that this is a top floor apartment.

It is a beautiful apartment. Carefully designed and well appointed. Very bright and excellent ventilation

Very clean, comfortable and Spacious!

Wasn’t expecting a top floor flat. Allot of unexpected steps. No lift. Just needs to be a bit clearly advertised that access for elderly might be bit of a problem.

Location was fabulous and that there was a parking space was really helpful.

I didn’t realise the properly was on the top floor with no step free access. This was not an issue for us but I didn’t catch it on the listing, so it may be something to add for future customers?
