Lovely appartment, clean and great location

Excellent location / really spacious

Close to winter gardens

Washing machine was faulty Dreads in bedroom had rubbish in them Dust on items

Upstairs grass area could have been cleaner! We enjoyed going upstairs but weeds etc and chair covers need to be cleaned

Great location for the Winter Gardens theatre. Very comfy beds and good facilities, everything you need to self cater

A used make up wipe was left on the dressing table in one of the bedrooms. Everything else was perfect

I didn’t like anything about the property

The apartment didn’t lock from the inside, the lock was not working. It had moldy smell, appeared unclean and the worst part is after the first night all of us had bites all over the body that looked like bed bug bites. The customer survive was not supportive. I would not recommend this apartment

Location is great Apartment is spacious and has everything you need

We could not believe how close it was for what we needed. It was perfect for our requirements.

Apart from a little freshen up, we couldn’t fault it.

Location was great. The apartment was really spacious and clean.

There was a smell of drains and damp in the apartment. I had to buy some plug ins to disguise the smell. The TV signal wasn’t very good and the batteries in the TV remote didn’t work so I also had to purchase some more.
