The most incredible location and views of Polzeath beach beyond carpark. A short albeit steep walk down to the beach. Spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchenette.

The bathroom area felt a bit dirty from wear and tear: rusty plug, bit of mould in grouting etc. Bunk beds really exposed springs - kids ended up in the double bed. But there was another double room in the apartment that we had not expected so all in all fine.
