Doona the lady how owns the property txt me 1 hrs before arrival and saying the internet is down and will sort out the problem! There was not much communication and dost reply back to my txt about the internet problems and I need the internet for my business

Cosy apartment, close to the beach lovely view from patio.

Unfortunately there was an issue with wifi and TV. Not the owner's fault. Couple of crockery items not 100&%

A comfortable flat with a lovely view from the front and balcony and quiet bedrooms to the rear. Nice to have allocated parking and the bus stop opposite although it's an easy walk into town. The kitchen was well equipped. The good WiFi connection would make it a good choice for anyone who needed it for remote working. I really liked efforts made to reduce the environmental impact - well done!

A minor point: Once in, the apartment is lovely but the shared areas look a bit sad and unloved which is a shame. A few minor touches might cheer things up.

Doors a pain as others have said. Public areas grimy

A great apartment in a fabulous location with perfect views of the sea. Everything you need for a short break in Eastbourne.

The apartment had an end of season feel to it and was a bit grubby, but this is only cosmetic and didn't spoil our stay at all.

Location very nice but I did not realise there were more steps up to the flat than advertised as I was with my elderly mother(92). Also spiked patches on stair carpet and bikes just inside the front door to steer past. Weeds on the steps off the street which gives the impression that is not well looked after.

Accommodation all ok but back garden a tip but front view made up for it!
