Dirty and smelly bed linen, no hot water, no heating

Apartment had plenty of room. and was divided well. Good location.

It was down as wheelchair accessible, and yes it had a ramp to front door and lift, but the door to the hall where apartment was difficult for wheelchair user to use as was the door to the apartment, also the hall to apartment was very narrow for wheelchair. While there was parking spaces, it was only two spaces at the back of the apparent block which was very dark. The bathroom was not wheelchair friendly.. The apartment was cold an took a long time to heat up, it could do with electric fire unit to give instance heat.

The location that’s about it

For starters the main door of the building is iffy, jams when trying to open it. Then the apartment key box is busted so anyone could’ve stolen the key. When getting into the apartment, in one of the bedrooms there was a hair and leaf on one of the beds… what’s worse there was a condom on the ceiling in the living room that the owner didn’t even know was there, and found toenails on the carpet too (CLEANERS CLEARLY DON’T DO THEIR JOBS). Was told to check out at 10am cause the cleaners will be there at 10am, but guess what no cleaners were in sight at 10am. Would not stay there again, partially I think I’d rather some sort of refund

Really clean, lovely apartment and in a great spot.

Parking was a plus. Appt agreeable

The appt advertised toileteries and hairdryer, non existed. It advertised Netflix which was not available. TV was poor with 3 remote controls, non of which appeared to adequately work. The appt didn't meet what was stated in the advert. Good appt with disappointing features.

Location was good, about a 15 minute walk from the centre but, good food and drink options were available close by and the botanic gardens are also very close which is a lovely place for a walk.
