The apartment and the building were in poor condition. Broken furniture, dirty carpet, and the entry area looked like no one had cleaned it in months. Freezer unusable due to being packed with frost. Parking was very limited.

The property is very convenient, and quiet in the university area of Belfast, close to shops, restaurants and easy walk to the heart of the city and all attractions. Bus connections are good also. The kitchen is well appointed and having the washing machine was very helpful. The beds are comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. Very simple check in using the key box and communications with owner were good with prompt responses.

Just a couple of minor things need attention - the freezer was iced up, probably due to previous tenants leaving the door open - the plug is missing in kitchen sink - some of the floor tiles in the main bathroom are loose and a couple have cracked - there is a small leak from under glass shower screen in main bathroom, that needs to be sealed
