Bed, shower and kitchenette beautifully clean. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect location for me as I just needed a bed for the 3 nights while spending the days with family.

Communal staircase quite dirty. Bottom of staircase flooded and didn't realise it until I unlocked and opened the door, so shoes got very wet. Very hard mattress on the bed.

Too small literally no room for 2 adults and luggage.! Hall and access areas shabby and not clean. Socket hanging from wall. Couldn't get Wi-Fi to work. Beware of what youre actually booking as I thought I was booking the guest house but ended up with a small studio - somewhat misleading. Photo on website overly flattering. We ended up leaving and checking in to a nearby hotel.

Location good, clean and parking on site

House was lots of bedsits combined to make a house, felt disjointed as a family. Only 1 mug (had teacups) and no bottle opener. Electrics in kitchen went on last day and could not find fuse board to turn kitchen power on

large lounge & kitchen dining area

despite there being numerous radiators the accommodation was cold. i appreciate it was large place and inexpensive but it was a bit frustrating to have only one fork and one mug for up to five people. the doors were ill fitting and made horrendous noises (particularly the upstairs bathroom), there were no coat hangers in two rooms and only four in the entire property, parking off street was only suitable for smaller vehicles due to gates on driveway but street parking was available. disturbing marks on walls and taps. small changes could make this a great place to stay
