"Superb"

The property was fantastic, we were unsure how a property would comfortably fit 12 people getting ready for a wedding, but it was perfect. Lots of bathrooms, lots of space. We couldn't have found a better property.

There was nothing not to like.

Very spacious and nicely decorated, comfortable for all of us. Extremely helpful and friendly host. Next time we're in Scotland we will book this property again. Plus a great little pub around the corner.

"Fantastic facility, great access and location is very good."

Email was sent with the key combo, worked perfectly. Easily identifiable location and because we were in a big group we used it all weekend.

Working out the heating for the hot water took a bit of getting your head around it.

"Amazing Hen Do"

The property was lovely and spacious and you couldn’t ask for more facilities. There were 11 girls in our group and we were all able to get ready without any hanging around. Leith is a short walk away which has lots of great bars and restaurants and a taxi into Edinburgh is straightforward and inexpensive. I would love to stay here again!
