Candy Suite - 5 mins to Bullring Mall and New Street Station

Location was okay.

Paying a bigger deposit than what I paid for the room itself. And having to send over pictures of ID before they'd give the location of the keys. And when I got in the room, some things were damaged, bottoms of doors, side of cupboards, the bottom of the bed, which is really loud and sounds like it's going to fall apart. I took images of stuff as soon as I got in there incase they tried saying I'd done it and wouldn't give deposit back.

On arrival towels and kitchen wasn’t clean. Had to clean the oven before use. After the stay an extra £250 on top of the initial £250 deposit that was paid was taken from my account. Very disappointing considering it’s the Xmas period and you never know peoples circumstances, the staff wasn’t very understanding.

The property was clean and the deco was lovely. Felt very homely. The property was in walking distance to train station and city centre and check in and out was very easy and instructions was very clear given by the staff
