Location and en suite in each bedroom

Tv was too high and there was no plug nearby so I couldn't plug in my fire TV stick....had to go and buy an extension cord. Also, mattress/bed was uneven and furniture felt wobbly and cheap.

Spacious, ample facilities

Lobby could be a bit cleaner, and bed had sunken boards

Good location. Suitably equipped kitchen

I travelled with 2 young children, the window in one of the bedrooms was locked on open making it unsafe. My children could have easily pushed it open & fallen out. - The bedroom also had a lot of damp/black mould along the walls. - No hand towels- not essential I appreciate but also a pretty basic thing to add - Bad communication from the owner. I've had no reply about the window or the mould - Boiler broke so no heating or hot water from the taps - Shower broken so I had to hold it to wash

We liked nothing. Damp and smelly apartments that hadn't been cleaned in quite a while.
