Modern and Stylish Apartment- Short Walk to Beach

It was very clean

There were only three forks for a four-bedroom flat, the hooover was horrible to use as it was broken a bit and it would have been nice to have had a spare set of towels (bath and kitchen)

The flat was lovely,beds really comfortable.The downside was the flat was really cold which I think is due to the fact that the living room window and main bedroom window were blocked from sunlight from a brick wall as your view.

Very up to date with current tec and interior design. Beds were incredibly comfortable woke up feeling completely refreshed. Access to the property was very easy. All kitchen utensils and appliances were spotless.

Theres was hair left within beds and on the walls within the shower. Lack of information on how to use oven or heating and oven doesn't close correctly. Left Curtain washung incorrectly in bedroom with fire place. Shower unit was not attached to the wall fully. When opening the fridge it comes out from underneath counter not fixed to anything.

Kitchen bathroom were lovelly and modern and bedrooms

Carpets were stained wasn't as clean as it should of been plus heating wasn't working properly loud noise shower unit was coming away from the wall

Location was central to Torquay and Paignton and close to the water. Excellent location for sightseeing. Great place to base yourself and do day trips. Peter the host was great at answering any questions.

Street parking which we managed to get each night close by except one, we had a little walk, no real issue though.

I thought the decor of the property was very nice and modern. Beautiful kitchen, good use of kitchen utensils, could do with a masher only thing missing. The space of property was nice. The view from the top of the big hill outside the property was amazing.

There was no number on the plaque outside indicating 42a, so therefore we walked into the next door neighbours garden whilst looking for the property, which was quite embarrassing. Also there was no outside space to sit outside of the property, and no views outside of the windows whatsoever, only walls which was quite dreary. I think the cleaner could be more thorough, and the inventory could be more thorough as well, as we had a broken clothes horse which wouldn't stand up, and half of the toaster was not working. There was also an extension lead on the floor which is a trip hazard. There was no wardrobe in the smaller room so 2 of us lived out of a suitcase. The hill leading up to the property is very long and steep, so we wouldn't recommend this to people with mobility issues or breathing problems. Overall we feel that the property needs more attention to the finer details.

Good range of kitchen appliances, utensils, and dining amenities, also a good range of apartment/house facilities, such as a good range of tv channels, plus Netflix, bbc iPlayer and other not too well known digital features. good range of bus connections (12 & 22 etc), plus not too far away, from either Paignton, or Torquay rail stations (GWR). neighbours very friendly, and smiled a lot, and seemed they or the owner, would be helpful, in the event of any difficulty

fairly difficult to get up the hill, if someone has mobility problems (Wasn’t our case, overall) - Not owners fault at all, (as we know housing, of any sort, isn’t cheap overall in the wider area, that the property, is situated in), plus the bed in room 1 (The one nearest entrance), was a bit on the hard side, but still slept quite well, also a bit difficult to locate the property, but the kind neighbour, to the right of the property, was incredibly helpful and kind.
