"Singles or Couples, don't hesitate to book"

Everything available at the Property that I needed and information about other facilities at the property if I needed them e.g. freezer. Clearly not a problem. Excellent communication from Host. Loved my time there. Peaceful, comfortable and a home from home.

"Comfy"

Brought our own breakfast. Good location for Chichester and coast. Lovely outlook over garden.

Needed mirror in bedroom and shelf in shower cubicle for toiletries . Barking growling brown dog outside front door and dog poo on gravel drive.

"The Boat House is an exceptional dwelling, situated in a quiet and peaceful location."

A perfect facility for our requirements. I would go onto say that this is the best accommodation we have stayed in via Booking.Com (out of many) at a price which was considerably lower than other similar quality apartments available.

The dining table would be better situated in another location. But that's my personal opinion and I moved and replaced the furniture to suit my comfort during the stay :)

"Warm and comfortable- perfect for a winter stay."

Very warm and comfortable. Also very quiet. Secure location with hosts on hand. We’ve stayed before at Christmas and wanted to come back. Lovely shower. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean.
