The lodge, on a good bus route 10 minutes from central Chichester was spotless and well laid out with no clutter. Great coffee machine, excellent WiFi, free spacious parking in a safe setting.

Liked it all ! Beware the friendly frog on the door step in the morning.

Well designed interior. Comfortable size with the exception of the kitchen cum living space. Tiny seating jammed in with table and chairs.

Beautifully laid out, stunning bedroom! Amazing electric skylights that are so easy to use! Stunning location, no noise, no interruption’s, so clean and tidy, had everything you needed and more for a perfect stay! Thank you so much! We will be booking again!

At first sight the accommodation building looks unassuming, however, it is modern, spacious and very comfortable. The general area is "busy", so, this accommodation was an almost perfect oasis of calm and quiet amongst the chaos. I was on a flying visit to view a boat, so no time to visit all the many local maritime attractions. It is conveniently sited for the beaches, harbours and marinas.

First visit for me to this part of the UK, West Sussex, being from a relatively quiet rural part of N.West. Wales; the amount of built up areas and the horrendous levels of road traffic was quite shocking. As someone that spends a lot of time outdoors, I am hardened to the weather and reasonable low temperatures. The accommodation was excessively hot for me and despite opening windows and doors, the building remained above 23.5 degrees for hours after my arrival - I did lower the heating thermostat setting on arrival! There is a nice looking, relatively rural Inn within 500 metres, however, there are no pavements or street lights, and with that level of traffic, would have made it a risky venture to walk there.
