The property was modern, clean and very comfortable with a nice location, the flat had all the necessities.

The owner of the property charged me 6 pounds per day to issue a guest parking at the house's private car park, and when I left the property he called me and tried to claim I balmed his bedside lights even though I had never used it. He was persistent that it was my fault and threatened to take it further with booking.com

This was easily the best furnished holiday apartment we have stayed in so far. The property was new, had high-end kitchen and bathroom furnishings and the kitchen had all utensils you could possibly wish for in a holiday let, including a filled spice rack as well as coffee and tea.

The apartment is in a complex at the Medway riverfront. While the immediate area is nice enough, if a bit sterile, this is a tiny island in an area that has nothing to offer for vacation guests. It is flanked by a big ASTA parking lot, a 4-lane highway and an inaccessible marina, so that any excursion on foot involved extended walks along the highway and into uninviting neighborhoods. We found no restaurants in walking distance and it felt unsafe to walk further afield after dark. Due to the hot weather, there was a distinct smell of rubbish in part of the building and on the balcony. This is probably not a problem at cooler temperatures.

The host on time and informative. On the onset the property looked OK.. clean and tidy. Nice spacious wardrobe. Bed was the comfiest bed I had slept in for like ever. The kitchen had EVERYTHING .. You name it the kitchen had it. It was soooo full of stuff, I struggled finding cupboard space to put food.. lol

The only thing this place was missing for me was a washing machine. An 8 night stay produced alot of dirty washing to cart home. Kettle needed a little help. I didn't actually see anyone on checkout day. I was asked to drop keys in letter box, meh .. OK.. lastly the parking.. what ever you pay to stay here mate sure you add on a fiver for everyday. I had to purchase 12 passes as some days we had two cars, which added an extra £60 to my overall stay.
