Central Cheltenham, Regency 1st Floor Apartment with PARKING, Cavalier Suite - Sleeps 6

Location and space, lovely living room large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen

Shower curtain , a glass screen would improve it

Reasonably quiet and peaceful for a central location .

Intrusive attitude of the owner who used the door camera to check on numbers on arrival and jumped to conclusions . No heating for the first night. Phone calls had to be made the next day to get the central heating put on . Why it was turned off on a freezing April month , I have no idea .

Location was excellent , host was superb and made the whole process easy

Airy, large excellent location.

For light sleepers the Venetian blinds to the very tall windows don’t work well to darkening the room. Obviously a previous visitor/s had spilt something into the sofa bed settee and tried to hid it. A smell came through when heating was on but not overpowering. Reported to agency who dealt with it urgently.

Excellent location, in the centre but quiet, beautiful view to park from the living room, well equipped, good water pressure in the shower, pleasant decor.

Parking for a large car almost always unavailable. We had to take out the rubbish in the bins. There were no wardrobes or chest of drawers to store cloths, only exposed racks

The location was perfect for our requirements. The Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the property. Our booking was handled efficiently and cheerfully by Philly, who was endlessly patient and helpful. Full marks.

Inside the building (not the apartment itself) was not very clean..stairways needed sweeping etc. I'm aware that these areas are not under your management but do not create a good first impression.

The flat was very well kitted out with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. There was ample parking even for a large van. The property is situated overlooking a green space and is very close to the town centre. We have also now booked for next year.
