Manglende information om stedet. Vi er venner og kom ind på et værelse med en gammel sovesofa med et grønt lagen til deling. Det var ganske forfærdeligtog svarede slet ikke til vores forventninger. Sikkert ok for unge mennesker, som rejser som par. Grimme og møgbeskidte røde tæpper på gangene.

Læs ovenstående. 3 overnatninger for 3800 kr. plus 1 vært, der skulle have 100 Euro i depositum.

Since it seems that there is hard to find a place with parking in Nice, it is advantage that there is a private parking under the building with a lot of free places almost always. Air conditioner in the room. Close to the see.

The cleaning of the room was far from being perfect (for example there we ants in many places, the floor didn't seem clean etc.) Hot water shutdown during one of the days. Bed (sofa) is not comfortable at all. The facilities/furniture is old and require renovation. The shower is not comfortable - no matter how hard you try, the water always go out. The room was much smaller than we expected.

It was safe, location was good, there is a pool (we didn’t try it, nor see it, so we cannot rate it).

Towels and kitchen supplies weren’t clean, door (lock) didn’t work properly, bed was loud.

"Buena estancia"

Muy buena ubicación, al lado del Paseo de los Ingleses, zona de playa de Niza. Tenía muy buena comunicación con el centro con el transporte público e incluso si querías ir andando, pasear por el paseo de los ingleses era una maravilla y estaba el centro a 40 minutos a pie. David el propietario fue muy atento, nos dio recomendaciones de sitios y restaurantes que nos vinieron muy bien. Especial mención a la amabilidad de Valèrie quien nos recibió, una persona agradable, simpática y que nos dio una muy buena bienvenida a Niza.

La mesa para comer es de plástico y los manteles que había encima estaban muy usados. El resto estupendo.

Die Lage war Super, sehr nah am Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
