"Excellent"

Great location. Essentials all there,body wash, shampoo and conditioner, teabags, coffee. This is a great bonus in a self catering.

The front room is a little noisy with traffic and people walking past the window. Back two bedrooms were perfect.

"We enjoyed our stay, but feel it's a bit overpriced, and wouldn't describe it as 'luxury'"

Good location, close to train station. Very clean. Well equipped. Plenty of tea & coffee ( a pint of milk in the fridge would have been good) Good showers.

WIFI very hit & miss. No natural light in lounge area and main bedroom, making it dark. Courtyard only accessible through the bedrooms. courtyard needs a good clean. TV in bedroom, does not work.

"Great location, comfortable modern flat"

Roomy, modern, excellent location right by station but quiet. Easy 10 min walking distance to North Laines and the Lanes shopping areas..20.mins walk to beach but close to regular and affordable buses.

WiFi was poor and didn't connect to tv
