Beautiful property! Marks to walls, carpets etc which could do some sprucing but honestly like home from home perfect.

The only comment made by everyone was how uncomfortable the sofa was in living room.

The property is in a very good location and walking distance into town.

More attention is needed with the cleaning, the skirting boards were dusty. When sitting at the dinning table you are eye level with the 3 big lights in the kitchen these were full of dust, large cobwebs in the window above the kitchen sink and cobwebs on the ceiling above dinning table. There’s no bins in the bedroom. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues the property has lots of steps. Main bathroom skirting hasn’t been cleaned behind toilet and upstairs bedroom has bits on the carpet.

It was so beautiful, beds were comfortable & the location was ideal. My family & I really loved the place

Good location within walking distance of the city centre and great kitchen/dining area.

The walls had scuffs and marks and the carpets had a few stains. The amount of washing up supplies didn't really match the length of time we were staying.

The location was great easy walking distance to the shambles and the centre. The property was nice and well maintained

There was an issue with the fridge keeping its temperature and the wine cooler wasn’t working either. The property was really warm however we did visit during a heatwave there were fans provided. The property only comes with 1 parking permit so we had to put our second car in a carpark for the weekend which cost a further £50 as parking in York isn’t cheap.

Good location. Tidy. Good socialising areas. Comfy beds. Well finished. Short walk into town. Nice restaurants/pubs/bakeries 1 minute walk away. Quiet area. Ample street parking. Comfortable walk to Race course.

Mould in bathrooms. Not the easiest instructions on how to get into the property. Late check in/early check out. Lack of blinds or at least apparent lack of blinds in up stairs bedrooms - early starts for all waking when the sun rises. Very very warm in kitchen/dining room area, no air con (summer stay).
