The Loft at Dukes Townhouse

The property was very clean and well appointed in a great location. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch.

The mattress is way too soft :(

Lovely property. Perfect for a stay close to the city centre, but still lovely and quiet. Comfy sofa to relax after lots of walking around the city. Lovely comfy bed. Had an issue with lack of hot water, but this was soon put right - so all good.

Really good location. Very clean and well equipped. Check in simple and straightforward.

Just one small niggle - shower had a tendency to spray outside cubicle but this was just one small issue and wouldn’t deter me from revisiting.

Enjoyed our stay very much, the location is great Walking distance to the center. The kitchen is well equiped for people who like cooking so it felt at home. Nice touch with the little things, like the lovely welcome busket and the body cream.

Adjasting the room temperature was sometimes tricky and one night there were no hot water to shower.

The flat was immaculate, well appointed, cosy and perfect for an extended stay. Short walk to the best York has to offer. The Stays team were highly responsive and caring, really appreciated.
