"Pathetic stay! Please avoid KG inspired properties"

With so many negatives! Few good things will not make you feel great.

1) Hob was not working. 2) Couple of Heaters weren't working 3) One room had bed bugs 4) No decicated parking available. For two homes one parking slot and that too it is very tight. You must have skills to park and courage to ignore your car sensor warnings. 1st day I could park but next day another family came and they said it's their parking. I had no choice and street side parking is either for permit holders or 1hour no return. 5) Emergency service is pathetic despite of highlighting many times on last day of my stay engineer was sent to look into Hob. 6) Faulty fire alarm which rings all the time and hence only option was to turn off in the mains. (Thankfully this option was there) 7) Kitchen - Cookware in pathetic condition, toaster was bad, cooker (oven) was smelling foul. Only rescue option was microwave, we could make baby food. 8) After all these issues no refunds (partial refund I was expecting) no response till date. Customer care lady said she will speak to her manager about it. I had booked for August long weekend by paying whooping high prices! Greatly disappointed! If you are looking to cook for yourself this is not an optional at all.

we left early due to the infestation of bed bugs

Was horrible. We were unable to have a cup of tea due to kettle being so disgusting, bed was infested with bed bugs. bedding was stained.

"nice property"

temperature being 9 degrees when we arrived and took all night to warm up. radiators not very powerful for room sizes. not many kitchen utensils

location was excellent for us and all seven of us enjoyed our stay. we were able to get TAXIS at reasonable costs into the city and to the graduation venue. .My Mum who is 92years old was a happy in one of the downstairs bedroom,

more wardrobes and somewhere in the bathrooms to hang towels. there was only three teaspoons between seven of us. one of the seatte has ween better days and dishwasher would be wonderfull to have
