Everything was excellent; facilities, location, cleanliness etc. A very kind touch of stocking the fridge with some beers and fiz. I would highly recommend the property to any friends or family who wished to stay in Edinburgh

The owner Pete met us on arrival with the keys and gave us the tour of the apartment. This was excellent and does make a huge difference. The apartment is beautiful and is well located for just over a miles walk into the centre of Edinburgh. Parking on site is also a big plus. Highly recommended.

The house is spacious with clean, essential facilities. The landlord was really nice and helpful. Glad to stay in this property and highly recommend!

Amazing apartment!!!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. It is walking distance to the main attractions in Edinburgh and close to shops and restaurants. Having a carpark was also a bonus. Pete was very informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again, when we come back to Edinburgh.

Net curtains/sheer blinds on the street facing windows would be nice, so you can look out onto the street and see what's happening and have the blinds up for daylight, without having people looking in at you.

Very clean and good location for getting into Edinburgh City centre. Host was great and met us at the property to show us around. My arrival time changed due to train being cancelled and he was very understanding and accommodating.
