Perfect apartment right in the centre of Modbury. Clean, well furnished, everything we needed for our stay. Easy instructions from the host, would say there again

A well appointed, spotlessly clean apartment in a great location. Perfect for a break in Modbury or as a base to explore the wider area. Quick and helpful communication from the host. We will definitely return when we are next in the area.

Very clean and comfortable

The location was good as we travelled around so it was central to our needs, The apartment was clean and adhered to our needs the locals were friendly and helpful and the exeter inn did great food and beer what more could you want !

We liked everything if I had to comment on anything I would say add some more cushions to the furniture in the apartment

Very comfortable, in the centre of Modbury. Very clean. Tea, coffee provided and fresh milk in the fridge plus a very welcoming box of Maltesers 😀. Communication and information re: access all very straight forward
