"Not fit for purpose."

Hard to say as we did not stay in the property we had booked. Owner had ‘double booked’ this one and we stayed in a different apartment which was not satisfactory. Bathroom was ok with nice shower.

Multiple fire safety risks - broken door handle incredibly dangerous, no extinguisher or fire blanket, bedroom window didn’t meet regulations, had to go through bedroom to get to garden/bins, small, not enough seating for amount of guests, broken baby travel cot that smelt of smoke (we had to go out and buy replacement), unclean - found what looked like beard hairs all over the floor and sofa cushions. We have been in contact with our solicitor who have advised us to sort with owner first.
