Cleanliness, spacious and comfortable beds.

Lack of parking on nearby roads. Had to park in public car park 5 minutes walk away. Not a major problem but could be for some less able bodied people.

"Spacious and would stay again"

The amount of space was brilliant, location is excellent for exploring mumbles. Great views from the balcony.

Can hear people in the pub below (it was a Saturday night) but wasn’t an issue for us and stopped after the pub closed. Wouldn’t stop us staying there again.

"Fantastic location, with sea view above a lovely pub. The decor was wonderful and really comfy beds."

Comfy bed, sea view, decor and the street it was on

Very poor wifi. It was a little noisy as expected above the ale house, but it only went on till 1130 and if we were not working we would have come and joined the fun
