The house was comfortable and warm a good base for a great holiday.

The bin had not been emptied when we arrived and the house wasn't cleaned very well.

It would have been a nice chalet if it had been cleaned for our arranged late arrival,

We had arranged to arrive after 9pm,, on arrival nothing had been cleaned or tidied from the previous occupants, dirty used beds , dirty towels , bins full, washing up on the sink, blankets strewn over the sofas , dirty clothing left behind, most disappointing start to our break, then waiting until midnight for fresh bedding to be bought to us so we could get some rest after a long day first at work then traveling to the ferry an hour on that another 30minutes driving to an unprepared chalet,, then 4 days of Back and forth messaging with the owner who was having trouble understanding why we were not happy and not wanting to recompense me for the first spoilt night,,, eventually I asked booking. Com to sort the issue out and then he agreed to a 35 pounds refund which I was rather disappointed with , as eventually being able to get some sleep after 1am had a knock on effect of tiredness through the rest of our break, which all would not have happened had the chalet been prepared for our arrival,
