After a few days the long walk up a very steep hill was a little tough Initially hard to find a parking space close to the apartment, good once we noticed someone move their vehicle Didn’t move our car then until we left for home

Pre-arrival communication was great. Key box accessible.

There was no parking. The double bed was not very stable and probably not suitable for two heavy adults.

Still love the location, decoration still lovely throughout! Smart TV in the lounge was a nice touch this time around. This is our second time of staying here. Last time we stayed was 2024.

Unfortunately the same problems as last time, could hear absolutely everything from the people living upstairs, sounded like they were moving furniture all night long. The bed was exactly the same as when we stayed 2 years ago, every single time you moved it creaked. Could have been cleaner in some places, cobwebs in windows and the fireplace.

Great location, well equipped flat, clean and spacious. Nice touches like a welcome food pack when we arrived. Comfy bed and pull-out sofa was great for our teen. Plenty of room to relax and great space for our dog too.

The flat is ground floor and whilst we were there there was an extended family in the flat above with young children who made considerable noise in the early mornings. Guess it all depends on who is renting the upstairs, but we'd recommend earplugs if you don't want to be woken / kept awake during your stay. However it didn't take away from a really lovely break and we would happily stay again!

Nice welcome hamper, decent towels, well stocked kitchen area of utensils, good location to the beach and central Swanage.

The flat would benefit from a dustpan and brush to sweep up any sand brought in from beach items.

Nice ground floor apartment for 2 adults, in great location and sneaky sea view. Great communication from the owner/manager and quick to respond when we had a small issue with TV in lounge. Really appreciated the welcome gift pack. Thank you.

Flat was a bit cold in living space open plan with kitchens living space and we couldn’t work out settings to adjust this but made do. Guidance in the flat welcome book would be good in future.
