Good location,nice apartment

Problem with the lock on front door and unable to regulate the shower very very hot

Having a kitchen was super convenient, the room was super cozy, the apartment layout was nice and it was easy to reach the town center with only a few minutes walk.

There were just tiny little things like not having salt and pepper in the kitchen, not having a toilet paper holder or not having a direct access to additional toilet paper. Having those things would have made it a bit easier.

It was clean and very comfortable great location for Donnington Race Track

Only one problem fire alarm went off too many times

The apartment was very disappointing and extremely expensive and extremely tiny! We are frequent travellers and this is the poorest apartment we have stayed in. It was dirty, the shower tray had black mould, the bathroom vinyl looked liked it had never been cleaned as the dirt looked ingrained, the colour it originally was could been seen up against the walls where no one had walked. The oven was not clean and the grill tray had old food on it. There was a bit of screwed up tin foil in the bottom of the wardrobe. The bed was of poor quality and uncomfortable.

Lovely little apartment clean n tidy very relaxing stay will be staying here again as I was born in castle donington it was nice to come home to visit friends n family I would recommend the sanctuary to all my friends n family loved it thanks xx

The only thing that was needed was a new salt n pepper pot as it was a little rusty and only one dinner plate

The apartment has been tastefully refurbished and fitted out to a very high standard!!, great communications to access the property.

Nothing

It is a lovely area, plenty of places to eat, drink, supermarkets and many buses. The room was small but perfect for what I needed, kitchen well equipped and shower great. These premises are very much DIY, you pick up your key from a box, and as far as I know, the owners were not on site. So I am not sure if there was a problem how quickly it could be dealt with. I went for work and I usually book a hotel, so I am used to having tea and coffee available in the room, as this is self-catering it makes sense that milk, tea and coffee is not provided, but something I had not thought of before I arrived. It is a lovely clean nice place though.

Nothing, it was very nice, though the road is quite noisy, and of course it is also right next to the airport, so if you wake easy you may not be happy here, as the planes are very low. For me, as I was working, there was a lack of plugs. Two by TV and the rest in the kitchen. So I bought an extension lead so I could plug in my computer, so I could work from the table, and it also meant I could have the TV on and charge my phone. Not a problem, but the plugs that are there are at the end of the bed, so not a great place for them. The TV had wobbly aerial, which meant it was very difficult to get a picture, however I am sure this will be/has been fixed as I made them aware of that. It is a very nice place, so don't let plug sockets put you off - it is just useful to know.

Private, functional and convenient

Double bed by wall making access in and out rather tricky. Bedroom light extremely bright. Smoke alarm ‘hanging’ from ceiling! Lack of certain items - oven glove, tea towel, corkscrew, bath mat, hob instructions would have been useful. No recycling facility.
