Apartment close to Pavilion gardens

Super location near to the centre of Buxton. The flat had loads of character and was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the flat warm with a smart new well appointed kitchen.

Being in an beautiful old classic Buxton building that has been converted into flats the entrance looked a bit tired. Steep stones stairs to the flat could be a little slippery when wet and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There were a few things that could be relatively easily done to improve the inside: a decent wardrobe in the main bedroom is a must; a thorough clean of the tiles in the shower and a good clean of the mirrors in the flat. Lastly, improvements to the roof patio and external painting of the front door, would make the property far more welcoming.

Central location, warm apartment.

Noise from upstairs apartment. Hopefully these people were holiday makers too and this was unusual. We did not sleep well owing to this.

Great location for centre. Comfy bed. Host left substantial provisions which was a kind gesture.

Smell was off putting when arrived. Skirting boards dirty, that said for the price it was fine for 1 night.

Location was good. Rooms were big.

No wardrobes. Step into shower was high! A smart TV would have been nice. Parking was a bit dodgy and rough, full of potholes and puddles and muddy.
