Great little place, just what we were after. Communication was prompt and accurate. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, very quiet surroundings, so we had a good night's sleep. Would stay again for sure.

A cafetiere or similar for brewing a proper coffee in the morning would be a great addition. Personally we prefer a slightly firmer mattress, but that's individual preference.

What an exceptional property! In a residential area so quiet and private, reserved parking. A whole house for a very reasonable cost. Spotlessly clean ,beautifully fitted out with every facility required, Very comfortable bed and pillows .We were sorry we could only stay one night. Perfect base for exploring lovely local area

Excellent property very close to Stamford with its own parking. The the welcome supplies were a lovely touch. Will definitely stay here again it is available.

Everything was great. The addition of a washing machine would have been perfect as I was there for a week with work but finding space for it would be difficult so totally understand why there isn't one.
