couldn't park outside but not a major problem as there is a free carpark at the top of the street, about 2 minutes walk.

Property was ideally located We took the train to Troon and it was a 4 minute walk to the property It’s located very central to everywhere Beach and shops ,restaurants all within walking distance

Great location close to pubs and restaurants in the centre of Troon.

Lighting at the rear and steps to the first floor could do with better lighting, small detail.

The property was central to Troon high street and the beach. The bed was comfortable. The owners were pleasant

The kitchen was not clean and pans rusty. We had to clean everything before we used it. The bread bin was greasy, along with the kitchen shelves. We wanted to cook in the apartment but there were not many kitchen implements and those that were provided were either dirty or broken. The stairs at the back of the apartment were in good need of maintenance, with plaster & paint coming off the walls. The wardrobe had a door that had come off its runners & couldn’t be opened. The front door to the apartment had been battered & covered by a piece of MDF. There were no spare bulbs, so we couldn’t use the bedside lamp. Not exactly the sort of place you want to holiday or live in. A lot of maintenance needed to make it pleasant to stay in.

Great location close to the town centre, beach, harbour, and supermarkets. Good value for money. Very clean. The host met me on arrival and was really lovely and gave advice on the best places to eat locally.

Perfect spot for beach, train station, golf course. The people are friendly and the pub round the corner was spot on. Apartment was clean and tidy, bed was comfy and had everything you needed
