Really great location, close to local amenities and clear apartment instructions.

Pet hairs on my duvet cover, didn’t look like it has been cleaned properly and spare duvet and pillows left in bedroom wardrobe so not sure if they were clean and being stuffed in the wardrobe meant I wasn’t able to hang clothes up.

When I first walked into the kitchen I slipped & fell as the floor was really wet, it turned out that it was the fridge freezer leaking, I emailed to inform them but had no response
