Spacious, clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and well equipped.

Minor issues but Main room curtains could do with fixing as didn’t close easily. Very greasy dirty pan left in the oven.

Toilet in bathroom was full of excrement when we arrived, the flush didn’t work very well, the wood flooring was lovely but very noisy.great location in Royston

The property is ‘tired’, curtains need rehanging, bathroom lock needs fixing

There were dead flies and cobwebs on the windows,mould around the bath needs decorating no carbon dioxide meter in the kitchen plaster broken around plug socket in front room,smoke alarms in bedroom and front room

Very spacious two double bedroom apartment. Booked for a night whilst attending a wedding nearby, friendly and helpful host allowed us to collect the key and drop our bags in early. Well situated opposite a small supermarket and car park which charged roughly 80p and hour from 8am-3pm. Would definitely stay again :)
