Hopetoun Haven

Great location. Bedrooms and bathroom were excellent.

Kitchen/living room was quite small.

Property was homely with all facilities catered for. Everything you needed was there.

An electric kettle would have been better than the one that heats on the hob as it takes a while to boil

8a Hopetoun Terrace is perfectly placed for any golfers wanting to play East Lothian courses, but especially the Gullane courses (400yds from the 1st tee of Gullane #1) or Muirfield. It is also a lovely flat for anyone who fancies walking as the beautiful Gullane beach is just a five minute walk. Gullane's high street is at the bottom of the road, so it's perfectly positioned. The flat is clean, well presented and nicely furnished. Communication with the owners is good, and they provided some great info about the local area and amenities. Thank you!

Having to leave so soon. Four nights at Hopetoun Haven weren't enough!

We loved the location, the size and layout of the flat. It was comfy, smart and a really lovely place to relax.

We struggled to put food away, as there weren't enough cupboards for us to do a shop for the 5 days we were there. But, other than that it was fantastic.

The location was great. Close to the beach and very dog friendly. Very clean and a good size for us.

Excellent location for both beach and local attractions. Very well equipped apartment with comfortable furnishings. Welcome pack was very welcome. No need to bring anything apart from clothes and yourselves. Easy on street parking. Pleasant garden area. Friendly neighbours. Pet friendly. Most housekeeping details very good.

Rear parking proved beyond me. Apart from that nothing.

Nice and quiet and a very comfortable bed.

Would have liked an electric kettle and small cups . The work tops were sticky . The floor was dusty and slippy.

The flat was in a quiet area. It was warm and spacious for three people and had lovely decor. The beds were comfy. It was good to have the keypad arrangement. The communications with the host were quick and clear. The photos of how to find the property were helpful. It was also good to have the telephone number of someone nearby in case of need. The location being so near the beach was great.
