Great location, very tidy and well presented.

I really really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely cone here again on my next trip. The house feels so homey with comfortable and spacious space for family of 5. I love how the neighbourhood is walkable enough to the city centre yet is private and secluded so its very peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay here and the host has been nothing but helpful to my enquiries i have no complaint:)

one cons of it though if youre using car to commute, there are no free parking available so you have to find one nearby your house which may be a bit of a hassle. But tbh if youre using live here, just explore the public transport, you dont need car honestly so it would be easier

Great location, communication of information and guest information portal. Beautifully modern apartment. It was very clean and fits six adults comfortably with three separate bedrooms with a double bed in each one.

The step in the bathroom, despite warned about and well lit, took 2 of us by surprise. Might be worth looking into.

Rooms were a good size for 6 adults, good location.

Boiler wasn’t working when we arrived, luckily someone in the group sorted, wardrobe space was limited in 2 rooms. No welcome pack (milk/biscuits etc) which is now very common to get. We did enjoy our stay here, just a pity checks hadn’t been completed before we arrived.

Modern house, great shower, bed and heating. 3 bedrooms which is great.

There is no parking facility so that is a bummer. Would also not advise to hire a car if visiting just Edinburgh.
