Host & Stay - Sand & Surf

The property wasn't clean . ripped bedding , unclean kitchen surfaces , main shower blocked plug so kept flooding , unclean toilet .. flies on window ledge and cobwebs

Very poor cleanliness, shower flooded, wifi didn’t work, sofa terribly uncomfortable, ironing board but no iron

Perfect location overlooking the sea. We parked easily on the street outside although there is a charge. Very easy to walk to all Whitby attractions. Modern, comfortable apartment with everything we needed.

We had a couple of minor issues but they were dealt with quickly via email.

Wet carpet, Uncomfortable sofa ,Wrong WIFI instructions & outer door not working

Fantastic location overlooking the beach, good sized apartment with 3 double beds, en-suite and separate bathroom and stylish decor.

No separate front door key available and the lock box had no light above it and the chain was just long enough to allow the key to turn. When we arrived we had no water, so had to make an emergency call, which was responded too very quickly.

Flys on the window cills. Also could not open blind as the cord to open was up the top of blind and could not reach.

Super apartment, loved the location overlooking the sea. The interior was beautiful too, very clean and tidy. Ideal for family get togethers. Would definitely stay again.

The promise of car parking scratch cards was delayed and too late when they were eventually provided.
