Stayed here for a second year and couldn't fault it in any way. The annexe is exceptionally clean and tidy and has everything you could need and more for a great stay. Sam, the host is very welcoming and instructions are very clear i.e how to get the key etc. We had an amazing stay and already booked for a third, consecutive year. Would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Lovely clean organised annex, parking right outside, couldn’t want more"

Sam gives full details of where to find the keys, where to park and what to expect before arrival. The annex is a home from home and has everything you could need for a stay. It is so quiet, no noise apart from the ice cream van! Hopefully we will be back next year

"Gorgeous self-contained, apartment"

Sam, the landlord, was an excellent communicator and made sure we had everything we needed, as well as being a wealth of information. The apartment was fresh , clean, and with lots of natural light. There was a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine! There are shops, takeaways and a pub close by. We enjoyed our two night stay. Thank you, Sam!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. Every corner of the space was well-maintained, and it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority for the host. The host was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with directions, or just being available for any inquiries, their hospitality was top-notch. It made a significant difference in the overall experience, adding a personal touch.

Not a critisism of the annex but more of a comment for future users. I would take an eye mask if booking in the summer months as the annex is extremely bright. If you are used to sleeping with black out window coverings then you will need an eye mask.

"Everything exceede our expectations."

We were met by Sam the host who was very nice and explained everything we needed to know. The kitchen was well equiped and of a high quality.. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The location is ideal for a quite relaxing stay.
