The Studio

Beautiful converted barn with lovely outdoor seating/table where we are breakfast and dinner. The interior design/decor was wonderful with large bedrooms

No regular hot water in the kitchen tap but a boiling tap which one guest did burn her hand on trying to wash up. The fridge was not turned on during a heatwave so we had to wait some hours to tuck into our food/drinks. One guest was pregnant and we arranged to have a girly movie night (which was great with the use of the Netflix/smart TV logged in) however the small sofas were not comfy to sit through a full movie.

Beautiful property in a lovely location

Nothing we didn’t like but did feel that a cafetière at least was needed.

The design, quality and cleanliness

Location was perfect for our stay. Property very nice and comfortable. Felt a bit more corporate/business. Kitchen was well kitted out and tea/coffee/milk supplied. Local shop and pubs in the village.

No personal touches such as biscuits for arrival. Wine in fridge was provided but with a price list.

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful, unusual design. High quality bed linen, pillows and towels.

Location is superb, in a lovely little (and I mean little) village. The property itself, superb. Facilities, again superb although we didn't use the kitchen for anything except morning coffee. Owners, lovely and helpful yet not at all intrusive. Easy to find, easy to get in and out.

Upstairs bed seemed a bit small and the bed downstairs really should have been advertised as a pull-out sofa bed unless I missed that. Still, a 78 year old managed without complaint.
