Location

The amount of dust, hadn’t been dusted in weeks, and the floor in bedrooms not been hovered in a very long time, radiators and under beds , found lots of hairs, nails, ear plugs, business cards etc, when phoned to explain situation, Jane was not very helpful.

The property was warm, secure, facilities were outstanding, overall a fab stay

Didn’t receive the email from booking.com detailing the instructions, wasn’t in junk folder, issue was resolved when spoke to the host 😊 and email sent again and received straight away, disaster overted and we had a very enjoyable stay

Collecting keys was super easy. Absolutely fantastic location right on the river. House was bigger than expected, lots of amenities, plenty of space. Kitchen and living area were very nice.

Decor was complete hodge-podge. The half used bottles of soap and shampoo, combined with lots of other little odds and ends you normally only find in a house that’s currently being lived in made it seem like it’s a house that’s currently lived in. The door closers downstairs in the bathroom and bedroom were REALLY annoying. Beds were not very comfy.
