excellent location on a quite no through road close to foodstores and good places to eat. no problems with parking and no damage to my car.

the property is in poor condition, it is falsely represented by the pictures advertised. The second bedroom has a sofa bed with a worm mattress, the wire springs caused bruising on my legs. I could only sleep on one side of the bed, the other side sunk down towards the floor. After the first night I sent pictures and a video to the management company. I saw that they had received my messages but chose to ignore. I left voicemails which also went unanswered. I sent pictures and video showing the general condition of the property, broken chess of drawers, curtains falling down, no wardrobes or proper storage for clothes. The floorboards in the hallway are damaged and uneven, the paving on the pathway to the entrance of property is unstable and is dangerous if you have mobility issues. The front door needs painting and it’s a struggle to unlock the door. The bathroom has mold. The entire property needs fixing up before re-advertising. I took a video of the property and sent to the property management.
