It's nit-picking picking because the host has done such a good job elsewhere, but a tiny bit more attention on the bathroom will complete a fantastic experience for guests. The shower screen swings open unless the guests find a way to prop or wedge it safely. That allows quite a bit of water to spill onto the floor. The little electric shower isn't in-keeping with such a high standard elsewhere. Sorry to pick but its because you have done such a lovely job downstairs!

Awesome location right by the seafront, luxury and comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities.

Great location close to the beach with lots of lovely pubs and shops within walking distance, host was friendly, flat seemed clean and was very comfortable and homely - huge TV was a nice bonus!

Was difficult to get a parking space (even with the permit)

It was comfortable, heating was good and kitchen was well equipped (though no tea towels).

There was no obvious intercom/buzzer (at least none that we could see). The entrance and hallway weren’t very welcoming. Some of the furnishings were not great.
