Brilliant location and superb all round exceeded expectations

If you want to be near the beach, you cannot beat this location. Walk out your front door and you are on a lovely promenade with views above a stunning beach with benches, terraces, and a beer garden to take in the views. Super close walking distance to all of Tenby's cafes, dining, and shopping. Beautiful and iconic facade. Really I can't say enough about the location, we spent hours soaking up the views just walking and hanging out front.

Parking is tough, but not awful, try Trafalger St. This place is in need of a deep clean with dust caked baseboards, and musty carpet that they try to cover with some sort of cleaning solution. We were instantly hit with an overwhelming chemical smell upon entering the room. Fresh paint and carpet would go a long long way and are deserved for the price. Book this if the location is your main priority. We couldn't stand to spend any time in the room, but luckily it was super easy to spend it just outside.

Great location and had the essential facilities all in good order.

My room was ground floor right next to main locking entrance door so could hear all coming and going and conversation. So a couple of loud idiots in the night was not pleasant. Perhaps a more sound proof room door would help.

Fair amount of stairs to climb so no good for people with mobility problems .you cant get live TV in the lounge but apart from that brilliant views of the sea so didn't really bother us..location fantastic right on sea front and 2 minutes to shops .

Climbing 60 stairs. To be fair it does state this .

Staff were terrific. Studio apartment was compact but perfect for a short stay and cool in the extreme hot weather during our stay.

Being in the basement in the heat. Thats about it

No fridge freezer. Decorating tired and tatty. Stain in the toilet on arrival. Blubs not working. Kitchen cupboard doors pealing off.

The studio was very well equipped, clean, airy and light feeling when stepping through the door. The aesthetic of the room with the wood panelling was beautiful and fitted in well with the layout of the room.

The bathroom and shower room doors were quite difficult to shut and keep shut, the hook would either not sit right in to keep the door shut or It would often pop out whilst using the bathroom. The shower door just needed a good pull to shut and have the hook sit right. The bed frame dipped in the middle, both the bottom and top end seemed higher then the middle, causing a banana shape / feel
