Perfect location for visiting for our daughter's graduation at Uni of Nottingham. Easy to find location and parking in front of the property. House is nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Had all the normal crockery and utensils along with bedding, towels and toilet roll.

Nothing really not to like. Double bed was a little soft, but that's just personal preference. We would stay here again.

Quite difficult to find address due to one way system. Property was very dated, particularly the bedroom and bathroom. The property also had a lingering damp smell and did not appear to have been cleaned in a while, with stains on hallway floor, and generally a bit grubby. The rear garden was an eyesore as was the car park behind the property. Generally the surrounding area is a bit rundown and might be intimidating for some guests, particularly during the evening. The property could do with refurbishment and renovation, particularly the hallway, landing, master bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was fine and had all the utilities you’d expect. Living room area was also fine and the fans were a godsend as the house does absorb a lot of heat during the daytime. The biggest frustration was the process to pay the security deposit which is less than optimal and meant I had to chase the host for additional information and clarity on more than one occasion. It also took two days or so to recover the security deposit which I personally think is unreasonable when the money is paid via direct bank transfer. The host should consider reviewing their process to check the condition of the property on the day of departure - given checkout is as early as 10am, that leaves sufficient time to check the property and process the refund on the same day.

House was in a quiet location, with off-road parking. Short walking distance to shops, take-aways and cafes. Useful appliances included hairdryer, fans and iron. Comfortable and welcoming - would be happy to stay again 🙂

Location couldn't be better. Quiet street, close to shops and local amenities. Perfect for two people. Quite well equipped (fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier). Tastefully furnished and generally clean. Clean bath towels x4 were provided. Good sized TV. Decent WiFi. Easy self-check-in via with keys in lock box so no worries about arriving late or leaving early.

Advertised as a 4-bed property and yes, there were beds for four people, but the double mattress had seen better days, the twin beds were on the small side and overall, the house felt a tad cramped with four of us there for six days. On street parking is non-existent and there was only one designated parking space. The dining table was small and there were only three chairs and only two tea plates. The hob was clean enough but the grill and oven were very dirty, to the point where we elected not to use them. Only one tea towel and one hand towel were provided, for four people, for six days. I had to chase the vendor for return of my deposit and was told that the delay occurred because they didn't have my account details - don't know why they couldn't message me for that information instead of waiting for me to ask why they were late refunding me.
