Code given to access the car park was wrong. Couldn’t leave the car park on Saturday and missed appointment. Called number for assistance but no answer or call back

Location was great. All facilities available which was very convenient with a little one. Preliminary communication was good with all the details. Thanks for considering our late check out request

The taps of the wash basin in the toilet- the hot water tap was initially jammed and then would not close and kept dribbling. The cold water tap made loud growling sounds when opened. Bit more sign posting for the location would be helpful as it’s quite in the rear. Someone on the other side of the phone instead of messaging service would be more convenient.

Excellent location, quirky and stylish decor, good size.

Beds are very soft, slight damp smell in one bedroom, heating set to very high.

Great location, center of Bowness-on-Windermere with parking space. It's quite spacious with 2 bed room and large living dining room and nice view. Check in and check out is easy and smooth.

For us it could be cleaner, especially bathroom needs more cleaning (some mold, odor). Unfortunately we couldn't experience good communication for support during the visit.

Location is good and the property is very cozy

There was a problem with Wifi provided at the property. So, we were unable to use it during our stay for 2 nights.
