Cartref - Fully equipped and stunning town flat

Great location, clean and well equipped

Location was excellent and hosts gave lots of useful info in advance. It was very clean and warm. Decorated for Christmas was a nice touch.

Bathroom was a bit chilly despite radiator but I think thats just because its an old building. Noise from upstairs if you're not used to living in a flat.

Excellent hosts...so friendly & easy to communicate with. We stayed over the Christmas period & we received a lovely card & complimentary bottle of fizz...that certainly got our stay off to a great start. The accommodation was superb....so much attention to detail. The kitchen is so well stocked with pots/pans & utensils etc...I was able to cook a full Christmas dinner & all the trimmings. Bed is so comfy too....slept really well. Lovely area, not too far from Shrewsbury centre. Lots of shops, bars & amenities nearby. Thanks so much Steve & Sena ....We'll definitely be returning next year X

Everything was fab with accommodation. Parking outside was sometimes a little bit of a struggle, but plenty of spaces down side streets nearby.

Absolutely everything from the accommodation to the communication between the hosts and myself. The stay was for my fiance's birthday and was made extra special by just how beautiful the accommodation was and the surrounding area. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat and will definitely be returning, only next time for longer.

It had everything in it that we needed. It was close to the river and the town centre and it had a homey feel to it.

The flat was in a quiet location, just a short walk away from the town centre, and more local restaurants and shops. It was clean cosy and well set out. It was perfect as a base for our stay. The host Steve was great and really helpful with information and communication …. We will definitely be back!

I had contacted the hosts beforehand to see if they would kindly remove any oil scented sticks, plugins and reframe from using any strong cleaning chemicals or airfreshners due to me having a scent sensitivity. This was done without hesitation and upon arrival the property was scent free and a 'safe place' for me to stay. This was very much appreciated and showed how much the hosts valued their quests in order for them to have the perfect stay. The appartment was beautifully decorated with good quality furniture. A very comfy bed, lovely bedding and everything you needed for a self catering holiday was in the kitchen. Treats left in the basket which was a nice surprise and much appreciated. Our little Frenchie loved the garden at the back which was all secure and safe to leave her to her business. A nice big t.v and comfy sofa to sit on. We loved the lights on the picture rail and It gave off a real homely feel. We had a fantastic few days stay visiting Shrewsbury and the old buildings were amazing to look at. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay and we highly recommend this property to stay for a visit to Shrewsbury.I Ali, Nige & Tweenie
