The View

The apartment was centrally located. Well furnished, clean and finished to a high standard. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom spacious and modern. The apartment was very clean, my husband did not feel asthmatic once, a good test. It was like a very comfortable country home and liked the proper sofa and two armchairs. Very good location for restaurants and the lake, so no driving needed, if you just want to explore Windermere by boat. Host responded to phone call on arrival, I had tried to get into wrong apartment, so he was very helpful guiding me to correct door! Electronic key pads worked brilliantly, no keys to lose.

The extractor fan in bathroom not working and there was a risk steam from shower would set of fire alarm, so a bit stressful as steam could not dissipate as there was no window. No parking is a drawback, but there was a parking permit in the apartment, meaning we could park for free in local car park, which is only 5 minute walk. Unloading was stressful, but we realised that people just parked on double yellow lines to load and unload, so we managed k.

Excellent location,great facilities,well presented,very clean. Lots of helpful info before arrival. Property advertised as having no WiFi ,but it does ,so perhaps that should be amended.

Staircase lighting is -'ambient '& in keeping with the property but too dark for safety when coming in with luggage from bright daylight. Never been in holiday accommodation where I've been asked to clear the bins.

Perfect position near the lake with stunning views from the rear bedroom. Well stocked kitchen . Very comfy beds . Excellent communication with owners .

The location was fantastic.and the look amd feel was perfect. Everything you need was there for us and the views from the back bedroom a d kitchen were lovely!
