Central Brighton garden studio, close to seafront

Food was left for breakfast as wasn't expecting that - very generous. Very cute little studio flat with great facilities. My son was very impressed that he was able to get the Disney channel which went down very well !

Outdoor area and hallway needs work but I know been postponed due to covid.

Right in the centre and very easy to find.

Comfortable bed. Close to the beach and shops.

The entrance is very off putting. The smell of damp hits you when you open the door. The garden is a mess with a pile of soil left in the corner and generally not maintained. The room is smaller than the photos I think there was some good photography to make the space look much bigger. The back patio doors do not lock. Lack of windows to open at night makes the room feel really stuffy.

The studio was very clean, confortable and stylish. We loved the location, groceries just up the road and an adjacent street full of good Asian and Middle Eastern restaurants. For the kids, just down the road at the beach is a great playground.

The property had everything I needed and even little extras like shampoo etc such a pleasant place to stay.
